"Conversation > Add/Remove" menu item isn't updated when the action is performed for Chats.

If present in a chatroom, there is an option under the Conversation menu to add/remove the to/from the buddy list.

If this action is performed successfully, the action is updated properly, yet the caption remains unchanged.

This works properly for buddies, but not chats. I tested both IRC and XMPP chats on Win32.

in a way this is still an issue in 2.4.1

for chats i have to change to another conversation-tab until this option changes. With Buddies this works direct without changing window/tab.
