Insert smilies quicker

Description

I've heard some people that find it annoying of the extra click in 2.1 to insert a smiley. I thought of a way to solve this: When you press the mouse button down the dropdown opens, now you can move the mouse to hover whatever entry you'd like and when you made your choice just release the mouse button. This way it will still be one click. I hope this is possible in gtk.

I would strongly suggest that the smiley window became a dropdown matrix behaving as described by hbons. Having it's own button on the toolbar.

i hope one separated button only for smilies

I've noticed that the new "insert" menu is about the same width as the three buttons it replaces. Maybe that one wasn't a good candidate to consolidate? It does make for a cleaner menu bar but if it doesn't save any space and makes it slightly harder to insert smilies and links and images then was it worth it?

(In [8f73315c03954666c69c055abbe62ee2e135c4cf]) show toolbar menu on button press, rather than button release. Fixes #2352
