Sort groups manually

Description

I have a number of groups, in no particular order. I sorted them when I was using GAIM, but now they seem fixed.

New groups get added at the top. The only way to get them in the order I want is to rename each group, then move the contents.

It would be nice if I could just drag them around, like I used to.

That was a bug and has been fixed in 2.1.1: #2333
