Smiley click and drag pasting

When dragging and dropping text between conversations, smileys are not converted to text or graphically copied. They are replaced by an empty string.

This is because GtkIMHtml doesn't override gtk_text_view_drag_data_get. I'm not sure if it is worth messing with at this point since GtkIMHtml is probably going the way of the dodo.

Will the problem just be removed at some point then rather than fixed (a solution I'm still ok with)?

#3286 has a patch for this ....

The problem is still present in 2.2.2. It may be worthy to note that the plain text smileys do not have this problem, as would be expected. Always good to test.

Just tested this on Pidgin 2.5.8 and I cannot copy (highlight then drag n drop) a graphic smiley from one conversation window to another. I get empty text where the smiley should be.

As there was a patch for something similar to this in #3286, perhaps this could be moved to Patches Welcome?
