Description

purple_conv_custom_smiley_add fails to properly add the image if remote is FALSE

In that case, a broken image is shown instead of the image itself. This function works properly if remote is TRUE, but in this case, outgoing message don't get properly replaced (the smiley is not shown on outgoing messages)
