Buddy list group deletion

Description

Renamed two groups, changing the first letter only to be uppercase rather than lowercase. Got an odd error saying that some users could not be added to the new group, even they had been. Upon next login, had two copies of each of the renamed groups, one with the old name, and one with the new name. The groups were identical in buddy count. Deleted the groups with the old names. Upon next login, had the two deleted groups back again, but they were all EMPTY. All buddy list data in the two groups was lost.

This occurred with the AIM protocol, only. Also of note may be that I have no buddies in my list with any protocol other than AIM.

Make group names case insensitive, which is the case in the official MSN, Yahoo and AIM clients. This should fix a number of bugs related to deleting groups. I am committing this in .next.minor hoping it gives us enough time to find any bugs this may cause. Fixes #4554, #3342, #4900.
