Chatsends for aim dont work sometimes

I can't sent messages to some exchange 5 chats on AIM. It tells me the message length is too long. Even when I try to send with no formatting or html.

I think you should Implement the text limits for chats statically.

Exchange 5: 512 Chars Exchange 4: 4096 Chars

Idk about others. And I am aware that this is a server-side issue, probably meaning that the chats will reset.
