Deleting one group deletes all groups with the same name

Description

I had two groups in my contact list, one named AUSTRIA and the other called Austria. After I moved all contacts from Austria to AUSTRIA, the destination group contained about 30 contacts, both ICQ and MSN. Then, I deleted Austria, realizing, that Pidgin deleted all my ICQ contacts in the group AUSTRIA. Hell this is totally annoying...!

Make group names case insensitive, which is the case in the official MSN, Yahoo and AIM clients. This should fix a number of bugs related to deleting groups. I am committing this in .next.minor hoping it gives us enough time to find any bugs this may cause. Fixes #4554, #3342, #4900.
