Adding a horizontal rule to AIM profile adds extra line breaks

Summary: When adding horizontal rules (<hr>) to the AIM buddy profile information, Pidgin automatically adds a <br /> before and after the <hr>. This is useful, except that Pidgin does this every time you edit your profile, so each time you have to remove the line breaks or else you end up with extraneous line breaks.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit AIM user info.

2. Add a <hr /> to the info.

3. Save info, and repeat.

Expected Behavior: One set of line breaks before and after the <hr />

Actual behavior: New line breaks added each time the profile is saved.

Using Pidgin 2.4.0 on Windows Vista x64, with GTK+ Runtime: 2.12.8 and Glib Runtime: 2.14.6. This bug has been around for a while though, I just didn't use <hr />s in my profile until somewhat recently. Filing as an AIM bug although I'm not entirely sure whether this should be a pidgin bug.
