Encoding message errors look like normal messages

Reported by: VF Owned by: MarkDoliner

Description

I was chatting with someone (both ends using pidgin) and they recieved the error "(THere was an error receiving this message. Either you and SN have different encodings selected, or SN has a buggy client.)"

Since the error message was presented in the normal message text area and not clearly marked, the user thought it was a normal IM and not an error message on their end. Pidgin should be more clear about what is and isn't an error message. Screenshot of the issue attached.

maybe someone can simply change the message-format in /libpurple/protocols/oscar/oscar.c (line 349).

Red and bold would be better I think?! And maybe Without the brackets?
