Fix: disappearing buddy icons

Here's a quick fix for the disappearing buddy icons bug. Looks like this happens in purple_buddy_icons_find() when caching is disabled, and purple_buddy_icon_update() then removes the settings from the blist.

win32 binary: i solved the problem in my case, but i have tested it only with yahoo and gtalk accounts

i tested this patch but nothing happens. Buddy icons does not appear

If you're using a Yahoo account, it's possible you might also need patch #1038
