Pidgin 2.5.7 does not show Yahoo users logging out

I've upgraded to 2.5.7 and I am now able to log into Yahoo just fine. The problem is, my Yahoo friends appear to log in, but not log out. This can be seen in the following (anonymized) system log:

I can see people log in, go away and come back, but not log off. You'll notice that there is not a single "to Offline" transition above. Several of my friends in the above list had indeed logged off though, and restarting Pidgin caused them to not show as logged in.

It's as if Pidgin didn't receive notification that these users had logged off, or it it did, it dropped it. So far this phenomenon appears isolated to Yahoo!, which leads me to believe it's related to the recent Yahoo!-related updates.

Same thing happens for me with finch and +1 reports of this happening from a friend w/ pidgin.

Further "Me too" reports are not necessary.

Seems like a constant issue now. I know 3 more people who experience it.

I think 066619e3 fixes this for me in i.p.p. I haven't used 2.5.7, so not sure whether the same fix applies to both places.
