Offline installer is not an offline installer

Description (last modified by renatosilva)
The offline installer is not an offline installer. People may assume they can install it with desired spell checking off the internet, which is false. This is not a request to put all languages into one pack. This is a request to stop using unnecessary naming which just contributes for the bad fame Pidgin already has. If the offline installer is meant to bundle GTK+ together, then rename offline to "With GTK+" or online to "Without GTK+".
This is not really an actual issue except for the lots of unnecessary potential wats at "you may need connection to internet with this offline installer".
