Description

adnan@localhost:~$ pidgin
Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
Cannot connect to server request channel
jack server is not running or cannot be started
AL lib: (EE) UpdateDeviceParams: Failed to set 22050hz, got 48000hz instead
Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
Cannot connect to server request channel
jack server is not running or cannot be started
Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
Cannot connect to server request channel
jack server is not running or cannot be started
Segmentation fault

The lines above - except the last one - print out when a sound is emitted off of Pidgin (buddy signs on default sound notification for instance). The segmentation fault is happening pretty often, causing the program to crash.
