on Fedora 10, Pidgin 2.5.5-1 crached while trying to close it from the Gnome bar using the menu-option close from the contextual menu option of Pidgin

I've done everything that is written in the Wiki, regarding how to get a backtrace, but the problem I've encountered outside gdb does not reproduce.

Do you have conversation windows open when you close pidgin? If you close the conversation windows first does this stop happening?

Even if the conversation windows are closed the bug still appears. There are more then 4 IRC channels open and 3 to 5 yahoo chats.

reproduced the bug on another machine with Fedora 10. Same types of chat windows open (see previous comment).

I think so too, but even if my chat windows are closed, the 'bug' still reproduce.

The Fedora crash report is almost completely useless, sadly.
