Long time user of gaim/pidgin. After being unhappy with some problems, decided to dig in and start helping (although lately don't have too much time).

#4449 - Use MD5 login for ICQ. Fall back to XOR upon failure.
#1977 - right-to-left tooltips messed up.
#3170 - Emblems should have tooltip with their meaning
